Gary's proud family heritage of hotels and restaurants dates back as early as the 1930s. Arriving in Maryland in 1919, Gary's grandfather transformed his 210 acre farm into an innovative and successful motor inn and restaurant. Family history begins. The hospitality business continued to prove prosperous for his father over many years and later Gary's brother owned and operated his own successful barbecue restaurant. Growing up with his mother's home-cooked meals influenced by southern roots, it proves only natural for Gary to be drawn to the food and hospitality industry, carrying on a successful family tradition.
Tim has been local to Montgomery County for most of his life. For 30 years he owned a commercial mechanical contracting business, retiring only seven years ago. Looking back a little further, Tim started his journey with cooking in high school, even winning first prize in the Maryland State Fair 4-H baking division! A love for cooking is only one reason why Tim was drawn to the catering business, watching customers' eyes light up with the satisfaction of great food is another.
